Returns procedure

You have 7 working days following the delivery of your order to return an item.
The steps :
1 – Contact our customer service department to check the eligibility of your return on (+242) 06 421 9708 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm or create your return from your Panafrik account by clicking on my orders – return – create a return.
2- Drop off your item at a Panafrik branch if you were delivered by a branch. If you were delivered at home, Panafrik will organise collection of your return within 48 hours of creating the return.
3- The item will only be accepted if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.
4- All returned items are subject to a verification examination.

Reasons for returns

Below are the reasons for accepting returns:
– Manufacturing defect
– Missing part
– Non-conformity with the product offered on the site
– Counterfeit

Cannot be returned:
– Underwear (underpants, swimwear, etc)
– Sextoys
– Care, Beauty, Cosmetic and Hygiene products and accessories
– Food and consumables (cigars, drinks, etc).
– Phone accessories (protective films, cases, covers, etc)
– Electronic accessories (earphones, chargers, headphones, etc).
If the problem arises from customer use and/or all return conditions are not met, then the item will not be accepted for return

Please note that no returns will be accepted after 7 working days from delivery of the order. However, most of our products are covered by a warranty. Please check the details of your order to find out the warranty period for your item.

Processing times for returns

The returns process begins once your product has been checked by Panafrik.
– Product replacements are made within 1 to 3 days.
If the replacement is not made within 3 days, we invite you to contact customer service on (+242) 06 421 9708 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and on Saturday from 9am to 7pm.
– Refunds for returned items are effective within 3 to 5 days. Refunds are made exclusively by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
If the refund is not made within 5 days, we invite you to contact customer service on (+242) 06 421 9708 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 17:00.
